How it works

Three seconds, not three minutes.

01

Take the photo

One shot of your plate. No weighing, no searching a database, no typing.

A meal broken down into recognised ingredients

02

Check the estimate

Calerio names the ingredients and portions. Adjust anything it read wrong — it learns from the correction.

Progress tracked over several weeks

03

Let the plan adapt

Your targets shift each week from your real intake and weight trend — with a reason in plain English.

Why switch

The old way, and the Calerio way.

OLD WAY

  • Search a database, weigh your food, type it all in.
  • A number with no confidence signal attached.
  • Static targets that never move.
  • Get a portion wrong once, get it wrong every time.

CALERIO WAY

  • Point your phone. Three seconds, logged.
  • Shows its confidence, and asks when it isn't sure.
  • Targets that adapt weekly, with the reasoning shown.
  • Correct it once — it remembers next time.

Understand

Every number, traced back to the plate.

Calerio doesn't hand you one opaque figure. It breaks the meal into its ingredients, shows the portion it assumed, and lets you drag any of it into line with what you actually ate.

Salmon, rice, avocado — each with its own weight and calories.

Confidence you can see
When Calerio isn't sure, it asks instead of inventing a number.

Track

Your whole day in one ring.

Calories remaining, every macro against its target, and the meals behind them — without scrolling, tapping through tabs, or doing arithmetic in your head.

PROTEIN FIRST

The macro most people miss gets its own anchor target.

WATER & FASTING

Tracked in the same place, without a second app.

APPLE HEALTH

Two-way sync for weight and activity, if you want it.

STREAKS

Consistency you can see, without guilt when you miss.

Coach

Ask what to eat next. Get an answer that fits.

The coach reads today's log before it answers — what you've eaten, what's left, and the targets you're working toward. Then it logs the suggestion in one tap.

What should I have for dinner?

You have 810 kcal and 46g of protein left. A chicken burrito bowl lands at about 620 and covers the protein — want it logged?

Every way in

Five ways to log. Use whichever is closest.

The camera is fastest, but it isn't always the right tool. Packaged food, a noisy kitchen, a menu you haven't ordered from yet — all covered.

Barcode

Packaged food, straight from the label.

Voice

Say it while your hands are busy.

Text

Describe it the way you'd say it.

Menu

Every dish ranked against what's left.

Progress

See what's actually working.

A weekly read on your trend, your adherence, and the pattern behind them — then a target adjustment with the reasoning attached, not a silent recalculation.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How accurate is a photo estimate?

It's an estimate, and we say so everywhere in the app. Calerio shows how confident it is, asks when it isn't sure, and lets you correct portions and ingredients — which is what makes it converge on your real eating over time.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. You can run a scan and see the result before you're asked for anything. An account only comes up when there's a plan worth saving across devices.

What happens when the free AI scans run out?

Nothing breaks. Manual search and barcode logging stay unlimited, your dashboard keeps working, and the free scans reset weekly.

Can I cancel easily?

Yes — from Settings, in the same place you'd change your plan. One optional question, no maze, and nothing you've logged is deleted.

Is Calerio on Android?

Yes. The camera, coach, and adaptive plan work the same on both platforms.

Stop guessing what's on your plate.

Free to start, and the first scan takes about three seconds.
